we are looking for compassionate, caring, and supportive individuals who want to make a difference. if you have experience or no experience, we will provide you with training and support to get you started.

the role:

we ensure the promotion of physical and personal independence as well as choice in all activities, and help to provide a comfortable, homely environment.

care assistants will also attend to the personal needs of our residents – social, emotional and physical – which can involve helping them achieve things independently rather than doing it for them, promoting independent living.

requirements to apply for home care assistant / care worker:

must have access to own transport with full uk driving license
must be eligible to work in the uk
previous experience is desired but not essential as full training is provided
enhanced dbs check required
