responsibilities

contributing to the daily setup, stewardship, and continuous improvement of the product repair workshop.

creating repair cost estimates and gaining clients’ approval to complete repairs.

ordering and posting the necessary materials to complete repairs.

receiving, posting, and printing labels for all diamonds, gems, and mounts, and assigning precious metals to technicians.

selecting and transferring repairs to vendors.

taking part in the stewardship of the workshop to maintain a clean workspace.

collaborating and communicating with cross-functional departments and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

 

requirements

an associates degree is required; a bachelor's degree preferred

1+ years of experience in logistics

experience in fine jewelry repair and/or manufacturing is a plus
