a domestic couple is required to work for a lovely family in wrightington, nr wigan, lancashire (wn6) with 1 adult child aged 19 years plus 2 dogs (who live outside).

start date: asap

salary: £50,000 - £60,000 gross per couple per annum

hours: monday – friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional weekend help required. client is happy to be flexible regarding days & hours, for the right candidate).

accommodation: self contained fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment, open plan living & private outside area with large balcony. all reasonable utility bills & council tax paid, including wifi & sky. the accommodation is situated across courtyard from main house. no pets or dependents.

duties:

· housekeeping

· cleaning & tidying

· house & pet sitting

· washing & ironing

· food preparation & family cooking

· helping with entertaining

· shopping & running errands

· making & changing beds

· driving duties including some weekend work

· house & grounds maintenance

· painting

· regular gardening & mowing

· looking after dogs

· swimming pool servicing & maintenance

· cleaning & maintenance of holiday home & small rental in the lake district

you must:

have previous experience of working as a domestic couple in a similar role with checkable references to support your application
hold a current dbs or be willing to undertake one
be a driver
have high standards
like dogs
be happy to help with family cooking & entertaining
be happy to work in a rural location
have a good level of english
