we are currently recruiting for an assistant manager for an exciting dining pub in redhill who have recently been awarded pub employer of the year 2022. the successful candidate will be career-focused and driven to manage a dedicated team ensuring food and bar service is continuously flowing smoothly. this pub group are dedicated to striving for excellent customer service in a relaxed dining environment whilst creating a fun and enjoyable working atmosphere. the assistant manager will need to have had experience in a fast-past operation previously and have a passion for serving with a smile.

the person

the ideal assistant manager will have the following:

prior experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a gastro pub, hotel or restaurantdriving is essentiala food led backgrounda passion for delivering service with a smileflexibility to work rota work incl. weekendscustomer focusedfront of house persona
