we are currently recruiting for an experienced sous chef in the redhill area for an exciting pub group who have recently been awarded pub employer of the year 2022. the successful candidate will be career-focused and driven to deliver quality food in a high-volume kitchen. the sous chef will be able to manage a dedicated team of chefs ensuring food service is continually flowing smoothly and to the company's time standard. this pub group are dedicated to striving for excellent customer service in a relaxed dining environment whilst creating a fun and enjoyable working atmosphere. the sous chef will need to have had experience in a fast-past operation previously and have a passion for the food that they serve.

the person

the ideal sous chef will have the following:

prior experience as either sous chef or senior/junior chef de partie looking to step upability to stay calm under pressurebe able and confident to run and lead an efficient and professional kitchena passion for delivering service with a smileflexibility to work shift hours incl. weekendscustomer focused
