adecco is assisting a local client manufacturing inc. recruiting for robotic weld operator jobs in walker, mi.
candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for robotic weld operator jobs:
verify production runs with lead and assist with determining schedules.
determine and locate material to be used and set up machine per requirements.
accurately measure parts.
complete visual inspections on parts including welds.
accurately complete 1st inspection once or twice as required by the product.
tag parts and log required information on the production log.
enter data on the computer daily.
troubleshoot and adjust machine as needed-seek supervisor for additional concerns or maintenance
must maintain general housekeeping and an orderly work area.
must adhere to all safety and environmental policies.
all other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person, or any member of management.
requirements:
robotic weld experience
requires the ability to read & write.
must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
high school diploma or ged preferred.
must have steel toed shoes
