should have the knowledge of corporate and residential projects
a valid license is a must.
collaborate with the sales and marketing team and architects to determine the specifications of the project
take the brief to identify the client needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
strong analytical and organisations skills
regular meeting with the clients
identify, create, pursue new business by generating leads through cold calling, emailing, visiting architecture and builder's sites.
interaction with network of builders, contractors, interior designers and architects and developing the same.
