job description:

coordinates and supports the division’s performance appraisal process

assist with new employee onboarding

partner with recruitment team on job descriptions and staffing needs

coordinate trainings and compliance processes

facilitate and support activities for employee retention and positive environment

oversee all hr related processes and employee programs

experience:

3 plus years relevant experience in human resources

strong skills with ms office products (excel, word, powerpoint)

excellent verbal and written communication skills

ability to quickly assess issues and relevant information to make effective decisions
