we are looking for an experienced project coordinator for our client coordinating the day-to-day activity of key contracts, including report writing, sub-contractor management and pipeline management. the successful candidate will need to be energetic, customer focused, with exceptional customer service skill, a can-do attitude, desire to succeed and the ability to multi-task. the position is office based in washington (with the occasional visit on site), travel will be involved from time to time. responsibilities: client reports and internal reports filtering data on excel subcontractor onboarding, contracts, insurances and dbs checks ensure jobs/appointments are scheduled efficiently manage on site teams of direct and subcontracted engineers travel and accommodation arrangements for contractors liaising with clients and customers and composing professional and accurate correspondence understanding of project p&l and cashflow resource planning the person: good english and numerical skills competent with excel, powerpoint, outlook etc good communication skills able to prioritise own work load positive and keen attitude benefits: excellent progression and training opportunities friendly working environment staff nights/days out death in service cover excellent pension
