the tipsy vegan cambridge is currently on the look out for an experienced restaurant manager to run our 100 cover (150 in summer) venue in the heart of cambridge.
essential attributes:
experience managing a large team with proven capabilities in employee development.
customer focused management style. has at least 5 years experience working in large restaurants achieving high turnover .
available to work evenings and weekends. this is when most of our business happens and it is essential that you can be present and leading the team during these hours. being local to cambridge will also be required.
excellent written and verbal communication. we are looking for someone who can be the face of tv cambridge so the ability to communicate effectively will be very important
