responsible for answering telephone inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate personnelposting job opportunities and answering questions regarding job openingsscheduling interviewsdistributing department mailcompleting forms and typing memos, correspondence, and meeting minutesentering new hire rehire termination and team member change information into the systemassisting with new team member orientationanswering team member questions regarding payroll, policies, benefits, etc.handling employment verifications for current and past team memberscompiling data and generating reportsmaintaining confidential personnel recordsordering supplies and any other duties as assignedrequirements:
high school diploma or equivalent2+ years’ experience in an office of clerical capacity preferredbasic computer skillscommunication skills both written and verbalbilingual skills are preferredwill receive addition education on the requirements of confidentiality and the privacy rights of all team membersmust participate in training meetings and other classes as designated to increase expertise
