adecco is hiring immediately for 1st shift lead in channahon, il  while working as a lead trainer for adecco, you will earn $19.50/hr + other great benefits!

as a lead trainer you will:

operate material handling equipment and perform all logistics center functions using appropriate equipment (i.e. sit down, stand up, reach, cherry picker)

provide general guidance and technical assistance to operations specialists

act as a role model and demonstrate safety culture deliver on-the-job training to operations specialists and other logistics center employees as part of the new employee onboarding program

deliver constructive feedback while maintaining a positive rapport with employees

provide operations support during the shift

provide coverage for the team leader as necessary

requirements:

 

high school diploma or ged equivalent

ability to operate material handling equipment

experience using warehouse management systems

basic math and reading skills

ability to communicate effectively; both verbal and written

lift up to 60 lbs. preferred

basic computer skills

experience delivering operations training

able and willing to work off-shifts as needed for training demands personal qualities

engaging and positive demeanor

team oriented

highly conscious of safety and quality

comfortable working in a fast paced environment

dependable

overtime as needed

temp to hire

work days:
monday - friday
work hours: 2pm to 10pm (ot included)

as needed

ppe/dress code: (list any ppe the candidate will need to provide. ex: steel toed shoes)

long pants (no rips, holes or tears), steel toes (boots or shoes), nothing offensive on shirt/ steel toe boots
