job description:

the customer service order entry position assists internal and external customers by researching part numbers and processing orders, drives the customer support experience, expedites orders, escalates customer satisfaction and part delivery issues, properly documents and checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

qualifications:

experience with microsoft office and general computer skills

understand and proficiently use a computerized system (sap)

1-2 years' prior computerized systems experience required, sap preferred
