adecco is hiring immediately for 1st shift lead in channahon, il  while working as a customer specialist for adecco, you will earn $18/hr + other great benefits!

as a customer speicalist you will:

sign driver in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork
? assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads
? maintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventory
? process bills of lading and associated shipping and receiving documents.
? reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity
? coordinate moves on the yard for the spotter/yard jockey
? provide a strong level of customer service to internal and external customers
? maintain inbound and outbound schedules
? workclosely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals.
? report errors and/ or issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
? participate in all training programs provided
? performs all duties in a safe and timely manner

requirements:

 

high school diploma or ged equivalent

ability to operate material handling equipment

experience using warehouse management systems

basic math and reading skills

ability to communicate effectively; both verbal and written

lift up to 60 lbs. preferred

basic computer skills

experience delivering operations training

able and willing to work off-shifts as needed for training demands personal qualities

engaging and positive demeanor

team oriented

highly conscious of safety and quality

comfortable working in a fast paced environment

dependable

overtime as needed

work days:
monday - friday
work hours: 2pm to 10pm (ot included)

as needed
