job title: customer experience / merchant success coordinator

we are looking for passionate and experienced customer service coordinators who are prepared to go above and beyond to delight our unique customers; enthusiastic self-starters excited to help grow and develop our evolving customer care program. you will be one of the first points of contact with customers, merchant partners and the general public.

reporting to the site lead, your role will involve:

managing and triaging incoming customer inquiries

documenting and reporting on customer care issues

upholding customer care policies

facilitating merchant success by:

onboarding new merchants

providing support as required to merchants on-site

building sustainable relationships with merchants through open and interactive communication

office administration

order fulfillment and package loading

stock and inventory management

additional tasks as required

three main daily responsibilities:

loading packages onto drone for delivery.

answering customers queries via phone, email, or possibly in person.

managing daily inventory.

mandatory

high school diploma or ged

2+ years proven customer support/client service experience

account management and coordination experience

familiarity with crm systems and practices

exceptional communication skills across a variety of mediums

the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

desired

experience with developing customer care policies and reporting standards

creative flair with the ability to think flexibly and proactively

an interest in contributing observations and ideas on a customer-facing product as it develops and matures

a self-starter with an interest to grow into roles with more responsibility over time.
