Customer care advocate seasonal - united states, boise

adecco is hiring customer service representatives for a client located in boise, id with pay starting at $17 per hour. you will be answering calls from brokers, group representatives, healthcare providers, or customers regarding inquiries & processing health plan information.

start date: 10/31/22

pay: $17.00/hr

full-time shift: mon-fri.times offered between 6am- 6pm. during 1st week of training, preferences will be discussed and one of top 2 candidate shift choices will be assigned. ** 1st week of training mon- fri 8am-4:30pm **

requirements:

1+ years call center experience preferred

excellent verbal & written communication skills

attention to details & analytical skills

experience in medical & dental insurance industry a plus

ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, adapt to a continually evolving environment

type at least 30 wpm
