Housekeeper - united kingdom, murrayfield, edinburgh
a friendly and enthusiastic individual is required to help with a variety of tasks around the house. these would range from cooking meals, grocery shopping, changing bedding, housekeeping (cleaning and laundry) and occasional gardening such as mowing the lawn. i am a 39 yr old female and due to a health condition require this support. a love of children and animals would be useful - as we are expecting a baby very soon and have a cat.
due to the nature of the job, how we get along is more important than formal qualifications or experence, so even if you have no experience your application is still welcome. my interests include charitable work, nature, wildlife and animals, the outdoors - especially mountains and lochs, history and architecture, gardening and all good cake!
the days and hours of work are negotiable and i am willing to be flexible to accommodate the suitable candidate.
pay: £10.92 per hour (subject to tax and ni)
hours: 7 per week, in two 3.5 hour shifts. open to possibility of other shift patterns such as three shifts per week
role type: open ended or permanent
no requirement to work weekends
holiday and sick pay granted
previous experience not required
3 month trial period
driving license preferred but not required
