account manager up to gbp55k plus gbp10k bonus. account managers, customer success managers, business development and sales execs, this is a great opportunity for you to join a data driven saas business in the ever-growing ecommerce world. do you have experience in dealing with enterprise and mid-market businesses and have used data to identify opportunity for growth? if so, read on! the opportunity we re looking for an account manager to help develop a number of big brand enterprise clients and assist with a rapidly expanding portfolio of fmcg clients. there are some big-name clients that you will be responsible for managing. 10-15 to be precise with a combined value of up to gbp1.5million. so, if you have experience with these kinds of numbers that would be a great start! your main goal is the retention and growth of these accounts whilst continuing to strengthen the relationship. you ll be the direct point of contact for these brands and will be helping to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. you will directly contribute to the success of client accounts by ensuring you analyse data and provide potential opportunities for growth within each of your clients. you will play a critical role in the renewal process of clients, satisfaction surveys and you ll know how to identify opportunities for growth. you re going to need to be good at listening to a clients needs and how they re evolving to continue to offer an exceptional service. about you. here s some things we ll be looking for from you. extremely motivated and love working in an energetic customer focused commercially driven team. happy to work remotely, with travel to the office near windsor just once a week. you re looking to progress and be hugely successful in the world of ecommerce and saas ideally you will have worked in the fmcg or technology space but it s not critical. experienced with enterprise or midmarket clients. whats in it for you? great earning potential with bonus plus a percentage of revenue from upsells 25 days holiday flexible working 1 day a week in the office great team culture lots of growth going on, so real potential to develop your career. if this looks like something you d like to know more about and want to work in a great culture with great earning potential through various bonuses, then please get in touch
