role:

establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customerswork on creating of new leadswork to agreed targetsmanage performance through tracking reportsbe fully aware and confident of the criteria for new leads' customersensure that all correspondence is accurate, relevant and sent in a timely manner.ensure that the cms is fully utilisedcomplete call logs and producing call reportsfollow up customers calls where necessary

skills:

proficient in excelgood typing skillsknowledge of sales principles and methodsgood customer service / call centre skillstrack record in sales or excited to work in a sales environment and develop your sales skills
