الوصف الوظيفي · prepare complete documentation for procurement of non-medical supplies as per supervisor instructions. · creates requests for quotes, drafts bids, and organizes all bid documentation for goods and services. assist in the evaluation of bids from proposals and prepares bid analysis documents and submit all bid analyses. · assist site visit to bidders’ premises as part of the evaluation. · understand priorities in health centers and ensure that urgent items are delivered at the right time to the respective areas. · monitors and coordinates the deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the agreed-upon destination. · prepare payment orders through erp system. · participate in yearly stock counting in health center and central warehouse and report any discrepancy to the scm team. · ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting. · assist logistics supervisor in warehouse monitoring ensuring that the warehouse is properly set up, cleaning and security conditions are respected. · follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency · monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.) · deal with customer complaints or issues. support meeting and conferencing needs. المهارات bachelor’s degree in business administration or its equivalent. · minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management in the medical sector. · distribution design, sourcing, and management · global trade compliance · sourcing and supplier selection/management · supply chain continuity planning · transportation sourcing & management · contract management knowledge of laws, regulations, and iso requirements. تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة قطر قطاع الشركة المستشفيات الطبية طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) الدور الوظيفي النقل والخدمات اللوجستية نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأدنى: 5 منطقة الإقامة قطر الشهادة بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي
