Domestic cleaner - united kingdom, purley, london

i am looking for cleaner in purley who could weekly help me with tidying up my 3-bed flat. the person has to be hardworking, reliable and with attention to detail understanding what needs to be done without pointing out at every task. the main responsibilities will be to deep clean kitchen, bathroom and two wc's. however, time by time, i would also like to clean the windowsills, skirtings, tiles, bins, dust, sort dishes, sometimes do ironing, clean the oven, fridge etc. i don't mind if the cleaner is male or female, student or professional as long as the person is positive, flexible and has a right attitude toward job. we have two cats and would prefer someone local. start asap.

i would expect cleaning to take 3h / week, £10/h.
