key responsibilities for this exciting and fast paced position include:

managing and leading a team of architectural technicians in the delivery of bespoke living space information packages.

technical support in the delivery of pre-sale pricing utilising a network of consultants and suppliers.

overseeing the design and technical coordination of projects to ensure a timely delivery to handover.

implementing, managing and reviewing technical standards throughout the business.

contributing to the company growth strategy through delivering technical support and advice.

the successful candidate will have responsibility for helping with the strategic development of our operational division, reporting to the director of operations, and should have the following:

architecture or construction related hnc/hnd/degree.

member of professional body ciob/riba/rics (desirable).

working knowledge of autocad (knowledge of revit would be advantageous).

working knowledge of the scottish planning system and technical standards.

contract and commercial awareness.

innovative ideas and problem solving ability in a dynamic environment.

strong leadership skills and technical knowledge.
