Housekeeper - united kingdom, malmesbury, wiltshire
we are looking for a trusty live-in housekeeper for a detached house in the malmesbury area (wiltshire, sn16). we live at the house 4-5 months a year (e.g. during summers and christmas). free accommodation is provided in a restored outbuilding (room with en suite shower) as well as utility bills and internet.
pay will include a base salary and the opportunity to work significant overtime hours during periods we are living at the house. the housekeeper will be permitted to have other employment when we are not living at the house.
duties include cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms etc), vacuuming, dusting, laundry and changing beds, ironing, house-sitting, dog-walking, food shopping, accepting deliveries and sorting post, running errands, driving, cooking, meal preparation, etc. the housekeeper does not require their own car, but this is a bonus. the housekeeper is not expected to carry out childcare duties on a regular basis.
