i am currently working with a global asset management organisation who are looking for a technical consultant to come and join their implementation service team. this is a great opportunity to join an inclusive asset manager in delivering next generation infrastructure using emerging technologies.
the implementation team is currently going through 8 upgrades, and requires a consultant to come and work on their charles river (crd) implaementations, with a view to create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds.
as a technical consultant you will be responsible for managing multiple technical inittiave, developing with a results driven approach, working in a fast paced environment. your role includes all aspects on a consulting project, including installation of n-tier software and integration with 3rd party systems to dr/ha design to documenting and performing technical training for the client. this role will include xml messaging, charles river web serves api, etl tools and data base tasks.
in order to be considered fr this role you must be an experience developer, ideally a c# or java developer, with experience of systems integrating using etl tools, with in depth knowledge of either oracle, or ms sql server. to be considered for the role you must have experience in asset management. it would very advantageous if you had experience of front office oms - ie charles rivers
