we are now recruiting for our october training course from the 31st october. this course will be delivered from our specialist inhouse training centre to provide candidates with all the skills necessary to care for our clients.
at origin we are a small, professional, dedicated live-in care agency. our own md and co-founder has a spinal injury and it focusses everything that we do. as a result we have a strong reputation with our clients and our personal assistants are what make the difference. people like you!
we want to the very best, not the biggest, provider of care to our clients. right now we are looking to recruit genuinely caring and compassionate people, who want to make a difference to our clients lives. people who will enjoy the challenge of helping someone to live their life to the fullest, despite their injury. a positive personality is essential as well as the ability to commit to work with a spinally injured client for periods of up to two weeks at a time. you will have a really understanding nature and enjoy the company of other people!
you need to have fluent english & be confident to drive our clients in their vehicle. also to be willing to work with us for a least 3 months.
in return we offer the opportunity to work in a varied environment rather than a mundane desk job and hopefully to be inspired by our clients. your starting pay will be £875, per 7 days worked if you have no experience in the sector. we refund travel expenses and there is further training and development if you should wish to stay in the care sector.
we also offer a performance reward scheme, meaning further pay increases for dedicated pa's. then there is our bonus scheme which pays £500 after 100 days worked.
