role requirements:

general insurance experience is crucial, either within reserving, pricing or capital modelling

strong communication skills

ability to mentor, supervise and delegate to more junior members of the team

proficiency with sql, sas and excel

resq experience and a programming language would be valuable but not essential

nearly/newly qualified would be beneficial but again, not essential
