the concept:
la nonna pasta fresca serves an array of fresh pasta dishes in a busy contemporary open kitchen setting. all of our pasta and sauces are made from scratch with passion on site each day, using the freshest of ingredients.
we need pasta chefs with an understanding of traditional italian cooking techniques and experience making pasta is a plus but not completely essential.
key responsibilities:
be responsible in supporting the head chef/sous chef in the day to day activities in the kitchen; these will include making sauces, making fresh pasta and supporting in busy services
they will use their past experience of working with fresh pasta to hit the ground running or if no experience they will learn a new trade
be trained and developed by our head chef in making our la nonna pasta sauces + fresh pasta
set standards to consistently deliver the best quality food
