we are expecting you to have a solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
working foreman joiner duties & responsibilities
plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals produce employee and project schedules manage and monitor members attendance and work order and monitor site material/deliveries adhere to relevant safety regulations manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment keep budget in check quality control liaise with management regarding any addition requests by client allocate and delegate responsibilities supervise workers prepare and present progress
working foreman joiner requirements
excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment ability to understand and work on construction drawings good time-management skills ability to multi-task strong interpersonal and communication skills critical-thinker and problem-solver good math skills 5 years joinery experience
job type – full time – 39 hours over 4 days – every friday off
