Live in carer or nurse - united kingdom, crouch end, london

we are a family where one member requires 24 hour care whilst we work full time and need to sleep. the appropriate employee would be an excellent fit with our family and current live-in carer. we already have one live in carer who provides 40-60 hours of care a week and also 3 further live out carers but all need holidays and the care needs are 168 hours a week. we have just adopted a 2 bedroom flat above our home and are looking for someone to live in 1 (or possibly 2) of these bedrooms in order to provide additional live in care. the flat has its own kitchen and living area and lovely views but a lot of stairs. you may need to occasionally accommodate our guests. you could be a live-in carer or two with cohabit currently for example. ideally you would be available to provide regular care at weekends and/or you could cook. whoever lives in this accommodation we would expect as part of their job with us to coordinate carers, ensure full-cover and to take responsibility for the care needs when any carer is on holiday or we are on holiday for example. we would expect them to have significant responsibility and >3 years of care work or nursing experience. there is the potential to continue to work elsewhere e.g. 20-40 hours a week so this might suit a nurse working at the whittington nearby or someone with a part-time job. any hours with us would be paid at rates according to experience and the arrangement.
