what is the role?

as the customer service advisor you will report directly to the general manager ensuring that all work is completed as effectively and efficiently as possible.

in this varied and challenging role you will be responsible for:

- helping with the daily operation of answering customer enquires via email, live chat, or phone.

- process returns, chase late deliveries, deal with damaged and short deliveries.

- maintain our high standard of customer care

- comply with company health and safety policy

- work with, and support general manager to drive efficiency and accuracy in warehouse
