looking for a reliable and attention to detail individual to do 2hrs per week of cleaning.
it will rotate between cleaning the office located in sw193uu (vacuuming, mopping, doing the surfaces, general tidying etc) one week and then cleaning the communal areas at the house located at sw198ns on other weeks (vacuuming, mopping, putting out the washing, ironing etc). there will of course be a rota so its clear.
each calendar week will not be more then 2hrs worth of work and you will be welcome to leave at the 2hr mark whether you're done or so that's its fair on you.
providing high standards are maintained this will be an ongoing arrangement which pays £100 every 4 weeks in cash or bank transfer. with each week there being just 2hrs of work this of course works out at £12.50 per hour.
all cleaning supplies are provided, there is free parking right outside the office and a driveway at the house and i can be very flexible with when these 2hrs are done. ideally on the same day each week around the same time but within reason should this need to change now and then that will be fine.
