a daily part time housekeeper & handyperson (domestic couple) are required in coniston, cumbria (la21).
start date: w/c 12th december 2022
salary: £16.00ph gross per person, per hour. must be self employed.
hours: 3 days per week, between monday - friday (can choose which 3 days & what hours they want to work) - 20 hours per person, per week.
duties:
role 1: general housekeeping, cleaning, washing & ironing, making & changing beds, tidying, putting shopping away, run errands, & other duties.
role 2: maintenance of grounds & upkeep of holiday home, general maintenance & winter maintenance, diy, jet washing, gardening, mowing, clearing leaves, maintain fences/hedges, & other duties.
you must:
have previous housekeeping & handyperson experience with checkable references to support your application.
hold a current dbs or be willing to undertake one.
have common sense & initiative.
be discreet & respect family privacy.
have a flexible attitude.
have good attention to detail.
have a good level of english.
be a driver with your own car.
must be a dog lover.
reliable and responsible.
be able to cook (beneficial).
non-smoking work environment.
