In house builder required to up keep a portfolio of 50 properties - united kingdom, canary wharf, london
the london tenant is property management company based in canary wharf, with a portfolio of over 50 properties located in east and central london.
we are looking for an in house builder to join are growing property management team. builder must have own van & tools.
we will provide accommodation, parking and salary & flexible hours.
builder will be required to maintain the upkeep of all properties throughout east london and respond directly to tenant issues and damages that occur.
day to day roll will include:
painting bedrooms, assembling furniture, fixing leaks, adding locks to bedrooms, moving furniture.
general handyman/ builder maintenance of all 50 properties.
must be ambitious, skilled and good at responding to clients needs. must be ready to learn and hard working.
must have form of travel in form of van or car and own tools.
