adecco search is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire heavy assembler in arvada, co for our client, a reputable global manufacturing company. the heavy assembler is responsible for performing assembly operations and improving product flow

 

job duties & responsibilities

electro-mechanical assembler with mechanical skills either in automotive industry or production manufacturing.

under moderate supervision, perform varied tasks of intermediate complexity including reading and understanding of blueprints and bills of material and completion of documentation.

may adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements, functions of the position.

resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

may periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of other employees.

participate in process improvement and safety program participation.

 

 

skills & abilities

 

required

ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

ability to use hand tools including torque wrench.

ability to understand blueprints.
