the project sourcing specialist will work very closely with the project buyers and be responsible for the following:

• launch the request for quote process on selected supplier panel

• evaluate offers for competitiveness and make recommendations to the project manager and commodity manager for final approval

• guarantee project contract signature according to the department of administration

• enter the sourcing rules in erp

• manage changes with the suppliers after final offer

• manage purchase contracts and charge back in project phase

 

education requirements: bachelor’s degree or 5 years of professional experience in lieu of degree

1 year of experience in professional environment

hardware / software knowledge needed: microsoft suite
