Administrative assistant - united states, charlottetown
adecco has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant in charlotte! this is often the first voice and face of the company and will work directly with all stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and staff to move forward the mission of the organization. some of the duties include:
· answer phones and greet guests
· schedule appointments and maintain calendars, including vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and warranties
· manage general email account
· manage inventory of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
qualifications:
· minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an office setting
· highly motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced mission-driven environment
· high proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint), and outlook
