Store manager - united kingdom, east end, glasgow

directs the profit, sales, and costs of the bing pop-up retail store while maintaining an environment focused on the customer and the “bingster” experience. to direct and oversee the experiential programme, including the bing meet and greet opportunity. deliver the right environment for “bingsters” to thrive and explore in an experiential journey they will never forget. train new and existing employees in customer service, brand awareness, and store policies to offer the best shopping experience

store manager duties:

· oversees and manages store staff, including recognising new training opportunities, providing feedback, enhancing sales abilities, and developing staff members

· communicates store goals, brand awareness, and company messages to team members while promoting product knowledge and “bingsters”

· makes changes to team member status and job duties as directed

· recruits, hires, and trains new store staff

· keeps costs minimal while remaining accountable to profits

· liaising with centre management staff to ensure adherence to centre policy and to arrange promotion of the stor

· creates a customer-service focused environment where the best possible customer experience is your number 1 priority

· ensures that employee training and work habits centre around experience, service and “bingsters”

· reports sales and store performance kpi’s to regional director

· creates employee schedules and manages hourly employee time recording and payroll

· ensures that visual marketing and merchandising of store meets established brand standards

· good knowledge in using microsoft particularly excel

· maintain all store kpi’s, including shrinkage and customer feedback (nps)

store manager skills and qualifications:

previous management experience, team building, fantastic customer-service skills, sales experience, goal-oriented, visual merchandising skills, people management, strong communication skills, self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic, ability to work in a rapidly changing and stressful environment, hiring and staffing experience, computer skills

job types: full-time, fixed term contract

salary: £12.00 per hour
