Creative project manager - beauty brand - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco creative & marketing is partnering with our client in search of a creative project manager.

as the creative pm, you will be working alongside the us animation team as well as cross-functional partners to lead and guide projects from inception to fruition. projects focus on their us in-store launch collateral.

this is a hybrid 2-year contract role in nyc, ny.

responsibilities include:
• own in-store and promo launch process from brief ingestion to release of files to vendors
• lead kick-off meetings
• manage timelines and workflow to ensure deadlines are met
• track deliverables and route creative for approvals
• work with design, copy, vm, creative ops, and marketing
• organize and lead walk thrus in their mock-store
• negotiate timing with internal partners and outside vendors as needed.
• extremely detail-oriented to manage multiple projects concurrently
• experienced and comfortable presenting to leadership

the idea candidate will have:

bachelor's degree in a related field

3-5 years of print project management experience

beauty/skincare background preferred

knowledge of the print process

fluent in wrike, microsoft office, and adobe suite

a high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at a level appropriate to the audience, resulting in effective working relationships.

the ability to lead, influence, solve problems and work with all levels in the organization and a cross-functional environment. an expert ability to think systemically and strategically and execute tactically..

ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
