responsibilities for shipping sales assistant include but are not limited to:

receive orders/releases and ship/forward within 24 hours of po receipt date.

receive orders/releases and ship oem within 2 hours of po receipt date.

advise customer of shipment and send shipping information within 48 hours of po receipt date.

record keeping, maintain inventory files and customer files

review and reply to emails

send ship date information to customers

review inventory levels and add to monthly order

shift:

flexible/pick your schedule

monday-friday, 3-4 hours a day

qualifications:

ability to lift 25 pounds

fundamental computer skills

ability to stand for extended periods of time
