relief accommodation and support worker

rate of pay: gbp10.03 per hour +annual leave

our housing and support projects in the mendip and south somerset areas.

the role:

to work as part of a staff team as well as to lone work, be responsible for the daily operation of the project providing appropriate support to residents aged from 16 to 25 years old:

to share responsibility within the staff team for the day-to-day operation of the project and welfare of residents, to deal with issues as and when they arise, working on own initiative.

work together with other staff, to ensure that the procedures and rules of the project are complied with.

you may have experience as or in: support work, challenging behaviour, social work, social care.
