our client, a large and highly regarded insurer, is looking to recruit a transactional claims analyst who will be responsible for the accurate calculation & processing of transactional items i.e. rules based and/or low/medium risk value claims and contracts. the transactional claims team calculates & processes all types of contracts and claims (both marine and non-marine), working with the client's operations teams to ensure approval for high-risk business.

the client is keen to speak to experienced claims professionals with a proven track record in the direct market but who would also be keen to learn and deal with reinsurance claims.

you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail, as well as a good working knowledge of insurance lines.

office is based in ipswich but hybrid working is available.
