our reservations team are a key part of the hotel & visitor attraction, being the first point of contact for most guests, usually by phone or email. this is a role for a self-motivated, confident and personable individual with high attention to detail the role involves working as part of a team to ensure all visitor attraction, hotel, spa & restaurant enquiries are responded to accurately, and in a timely manner, whilst pro-actively monitoring upcoming bookings and ensuring all guest needs are met.

answer incoming calls with a smile
proactively assist guest's with enquiries
respond to incoming emails pre-empting any further enquires guests may have
successfully convert new enquiries
manage guest expectations
accurately record reservations
payment handling over the phone and via online systems
enforce company parameters & cancellation policies
ensure data is stored securely
assist colleagues & other departments where required
skills and experience
customer service experience essential
experience in the hospitality industry preferred
communication skills
