these roles are based in west wickham, bromley.

about the role

working in our friendly teams, you'll enable the people you support to increase their independence and live life in the way they choose. you'll provide person-centred support in all aspects of everyday life, including supporting with personal care and medication needs.

building professional relationships with the people we support, you'll enable them to enjoy a wide range of activities at home and in the community. there's lots of variety, to find out more about the role visit our main website.

if you're new to social care, we'll support you to gain the nationally recognised care certificate.

we have roles in roehampton, balham, bermondsey, camberwell, croydon, dulwich, purley, rotherhithe, tooting and wandsworth..

about you

you're considerate, committed, resilient and respect people's differences. empathetic, you adapt your approach to individuals' needs, have good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. you can build professional relationships and have a 'can-do' attitude. all support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support including evenings and weekends.

the salary for this role is gbp21,007 - gbp21,937 pa pro rata (gbp10.74 - gbp11.22 per hour), dependent on qualifications & experience.

you have the option of working additional hours (gbp10.74 - gbp11.22 p/h) or sleep-ins (gbp60 per extra sleep-in) in a range of services
