about the role
be part of our new team, supporting 10 people. you'll support and enable each individual on the next step of their life journey, to move into their own apartments. as well as support with everyday needs & independent living skills, each individual is unique, having their own interests and aspirations, which you will play an integral part in helping to work towards, and achieve. this could range from learning a new recipe, gardening, arts & crafts to developing the skills and confidence to use public transport or find a job.

about you
you'll need good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. respectful of people's differences, you can build professional relationships and have a flexible approach. you don't necessarily need experience as we provide full training.
all support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. a full, manual driving licence is essential for these roles.
you have the option of working additional hours (gbp10.50 - gbp10.73 p/h) or sleep-ins (gbp60 per extra sleep-in) in a range of services.
successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced dbs check.
