we're looking for new team members to join us in westbury-on-severn. experience is not necessary, all you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!

working in our friendly team, you'll enable the people we support to increase their independence and live life in the way they choose. the support you provide will be centred around each persons needs, values and preferences which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.

about the role

we are able to offer full-time and part-time hours starting from 15 hours which will require you to work flexibly on a shift rota basis. night and weekend only contracts will also be considered.

building professional relationships with the people we support, you'll enable them to enjoy a wide range of activities at home and in the community. you will be confident and resilient to support people who at times communicate through their behaviour.

about you

you're considerate, committed, resilient and respect people's differences. empathetic, you adapt your approach to individuals' needs, have good communication skills and a positive, patient approach.

a full driving licence is essential for some roles.

all support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support including evenings and weekends. you have the option of working additional hours or sleep-ins in a range of services - paid at gbp60 extra per sleep-in.
