about the role

we are seeking an experienced marketing manager to help us achieve our business plans. we've grown 30% over the last two years and we are recruiting to give us the capacity to continue on that path. it's an exciting time to join the team and help us make something amazing.

you will have a proven marketing track record and a minimum of 5 years' operating at a similar level. the ideal candidate would have hands on experience working on both b2c and b2b brands across a diverse range of products and markets. you will work closely with the senior management team on business strategy and report directly to the managing director.

ultimately, you will possess a keen desire to help us deliver on our ethos to go beyond in everything we do.

key responsibilities & activities

- manage, develop, and coach the marketing team of four

- to maximise lead flow and opportunities through a diverse range of marketing channels

- create and implement marketing strategies and plans for each business division

- embrace new technologies to ensure our marketing methods remain ahead of the curve

- engage with customers to ensure our marketing and customer experience is first class

- own your kpi's and budget to ensure we're getting a good roi on marketing spend

- actively engage with sales teams to ensure cross-calibration and communication flow
