overview & purpose

this is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and couple to join an active family in buckinghamshire. the ideal couple will be enthusiastic and pleasant, with at least two years of relevant experience. the couple's responsibilities also include maintaining the family's large office located near the family residence.

roles may include, without limitation:

housekeeper

we are searching for an individual who is self-motivated and meticulous in their work. an ideal candidate would be trustworthy, and systematic.

maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the house.
laundry care and management.
unpack home-shopping packages, discard expired products, and organise the refrigerator and freezer.
inventory control and upkeep of the pantry.
care for the houseplants and flowers.
unpacking luggage after a family holiday.
occasionally watching the children.
providing light meals and snacks for the family.
preparing guest rooms for when visitors are expected.

maintenance person

the ideal candidate for this position will be hardworking, strong, and able to work outside in all kinds of weather. someone with a keen eye for detail and plenty of initiative. the ability to work well with others and a green thumb for gardening are crucial.

in addition to the gardening service provided every other week, general garden maintenance will also be performed as needed.
regularly cleaning outside surfaces such as pathways and stairs.
maintenance of the spa and water feature and equipment.
diy fundamentals, as well as painting and basic decorating techniques.
valet family car fleet.
cleaning windows.
maintenance of footwear, including cleaning and polishing of boots.
there are two hungarian vizslas that require feeding and activity.
rabbit care while the family is away.
the house needs to be watched over while the owners are away.
driving duties as assigned.
carry out routine errands around the neighbourhood.

applicants should feel at ease in a home and office environment and have no problem being around children and animals. monday to friday. home working hours are 9:00 am to 16:00 pm. office working hours are 6:00 am to 8:00 am

the apartment is detached from the main house and has a double bedroom, with a private garden. household bills are included. car provided and fuel included. the annual salary is £57,000 per annum.
