what will my role include?

• provide guidance and training to junior chefs

• oversee kitchen stock and ordering

• assist head chef in creating new menus

• ensure haccp and all legal documents are accurate and up to date.

• assist head chef is managing labour costs requirements, menu planing to be a proper team player ?

• enthusiastic about their work

• experienced in gastro pubs

• trained in haccp

• fully certified in food & safety

pay range from £10-12.50 per hour plus share of tips , live in available if needed in staff property
