Housekeeper/cook in westminster - united kingdom, westminster, london

one of our private clients is looking for an afternoon housekeeper for their 3-bedroom flat in westminster.

the ideal housekeeper will be discrete, professional, respectful, understand the need of privacy and enjoy their work.

schedule:

monday - wednesday 1:00pm – 7:00pm

thursday - friday 1:00pm – 5:00pm

26 hours per week

flexibility is a plus on some occasions: the principals might require you to help sometimes outside your shifts for occasional dinners on tuesday evenings (usually from 7:00pm -10:30pm).

duties:

cleaning, including inside of windows, and outside within reach. laundry: washing and ironing cooking simple/healthy evening meals (normally for 1- 3 people) monday to thursday once a fortnight (maximum) cooking simple dinner for up to 8 people buying food, toiletries, running errands (dry cleaning, birthday gifts, cards) buying fresh flowers each week changing beds and towels arranging periodic carpet cleaning etc buying christmas presents and wrapping on behalf of large extended family. occasionally organising theatre tickets and dinner reservations (this is a preference but not a requirement)

salary: £30k per year including four weeks holiday & all bank holidays

start date: asap

unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
