we are currently looking to recruit an experienced sous chef to join the brigade at this busy 4 star property. as sous chef you will support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen operation ensuring standards are maintained at all times.

a 4 star hotel with 168 spacious bedrooms with a stunning brand new conference centre, 1 aa rosette restaurant and busy lounge bar. the hotel has recently undergone a multimillion pound refurbishment.

the sous chef chef will have experience of the following:
